We only collect basic information from you when you create an account, which is limited to: full name, organisation and email address. In addition we record your accesses to the site and any pages you visit as well as any additional information you contribute to the site, for example through forums.

Whilst you are on our site we place ‘cookies’ in your browser – we only use one type of cookie which is provided by the Google Analytics web traffic analysis service. This type of cookie is used to measure visitor traffic, so that we can improve our services. We do not use cookies to identify you personally. .If you do not wish to allow these cookies to be used, you can configure your web browser to decline them.

We collect this information because it helps us to operate more effectively and to provide you with the best visitor experience when you are on our website. We need this information to respond if you have submitted an enquiry.

Userbase is supported by a third party, who has access to your basic data for system development purposes only. Civica has client service agreements with this provider which meets appropriate data protection requirements.
The basic data you provide to us on Userbase will not be shared with any third parties.

What do we do with your information?
If you have submitted an enquiry form we will route your information via email to the appropriate department to provide a response and will use the information you provide only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

How long do we keep hold of your information?
Your data is stored in Userbase until you decide you no longer wish to have access. You may request the closure of your account and the deletion of your personal information at any time.

How can I access the information you hold about me?
The information we hold on you can be accessed by going to your account. There, you can update your details or you can unsubscribe to all communications from Userbase.
